We came for a work event, and Mary was absolutely outstanding helping us out! Our schedule was extremely in flux, but she was flexible with both our arrival time and departure time. She also communicated quickly and clearly! We really appreciated it. The house was perfectly suited for what we needed, with plenty of room and space. The kitchen and bedrooms were great. It was fantastic. We hope to come again!

What a spacious, clean space situated in an idyllic location. It's too bad the weather didn't cooperate--the rain and thunder kept us largely indoors instead of enjoying the firepit, but the indoor space was inviting and kept everyone entertained. Thank you!

Truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. Had everything and more. Fully stocked, extremely clean, quiet area. Definitely our go to home when in the area from now on.

A wonderful place for family to stay and spread out while we were in Gainesville for FRC Robotics competition. The beds were very comfortable, great mattresses and pillows. We didn't use the kitchen except for breakfast since we were on the go a lot. the refrigerator is not a full size which didn't bother us ; it was perfect for keeping sodas chilled and milk ready for breakfast. The bathrooms were very nice. One bathroom is rather small if you are a large man like my husband but the other shower was roomy. We even saw deer in the backyard. it was only 9 minutes from the venue and close to stores and gas stations as well. The neighborhood felt very safe.

This is actually my first BnB review, which is my way of saying it was worth the review. I have absolutely never stayed anywhere as clean as this one. I feel as if I need their cleaners info! I am a consistent overpacker due to fear of not having an item I need. We could have left half of our belongings in the car because so. much. was readily available to us! So many little things that you wouldn’t think to offer but were so amazing to have which truly makes the place well worth the price. Owners were responsive when needed but I can’t think of any need you’d have that was not already here! I could see this being a perfect place for couples but it was exceptional for children. Toys, books, safe bedding, even a Nugget! I have been blown away. This trip was not convenient for my husband but I talked him into coming. Later, he said he wished we just lived here! We will be back- without a doubt. Perfect long weekend to relax, unwind, unplug, and spend time with family. Thank you again!

My sister and I loved the house! Everywhere we went it was literally within 5-20 min. Walking distance even. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not explore with walking. During the night inside and outside of the house was very well lit. Loved the area and the place!

We had everything we needed for a three day stay while moving our daughter out of her sorority at Brenau! It was fine with Nishat that I used the washer/dryer for some throw rugs and towels of our daughter's which needed laundering before taking to our storage unit, and she even offered to let us double up using her washer, which wasn't necessary, but very thoughtful. She also was willing to have the unit ready early when I messaged her I wasn't feeling well, also ultimately not needed, but again, very thoughtful. Well stocked! We enjoyed the living room with many screened windows overlooking a beautiful and private back yard (you can turn off the air exchange to open the windows for fresh air without running the heat or ac), and we enjoyed the covered porch for morning coffee and pizza for dinner. The landscaping and neighborhood is upscale and gorgeous, but the unit is a bit dated. If you are a larger, plus size or very tall person, the bathroom and shower would be quite snug.

Cannot recommend this enough! The area surrounding the Airbnb is beautiful, as well as the property itself. Tom and Christine are incredibly welcoming and worth getting to know.

Andrea’s place was great! We unfortunately got stuck in the crazy snow storm and was stuck on I-75S. Andrea was quick to respond and find a solution.

Great stay with Tonya!! The place was very clean and she set it up so cute. Shower was awesome, bed is memory foam, smart tv in the living room, starter supplies provided, greeted with a basket of snacks! Would definitely recommend! Tonya was also very quick to message back and communicated well the entire time I stayed which was for almost 8 weeks!

The space was larger than expected and exactly as pictured. I received an email with all access information which made check in very easy. The area was very peaceful and had a beautiful view of the pond behind the property. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable I. The space. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The host went above and beyond by graciously extending our stay, which made our trip even more memorable. The place itself was spotless and impeccably clean, offering a level of comfort that made it feel like a true home away from home. Located amidst a nice neighborhood, the surroundings provided a perfect blend of tranquility and safety while being only about a mile away from the downtown square. It was really nice to wake up to the sights and sounds of nature, while still enjoying the security and comfort of a well-maintained space. From the thoughtful gestures of the host to the charm of the property, everything about our experience was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, and idyllic retreat. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

Sandy was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was just what we needed - 2 beds and 2 baths. Clean and comfortable. The price was less than a single hotel room! We consider staying here again. Thanks!

This stay was the definition of what you see is what you get. Everything in the photos and description is exactly what you get in person. Awesome private location yet still not too far away from the action. You can smell the clean as soon as you walk in the door. Very cute walkable area, or if you’re too lazy to walk the hills like my spouse and I they have motorized scooters all throughout the neighborhood which are fun lol. The only issue we had was the lock on the door it was a little fancy and took us a second to figure out but once we did it was smooth sailing. And also the parking space is very tight and down a very very steep hill so be aware. Overall stay was nearly perfect. I would definitely visit again. 9.5/10

This apartment has a spacious living room, is very comfortable, clean and bright and is right on the edge of North Campus, with the living room windows look out at campus across Broad St. The convenience to campus and downtown Athens are unbeatable. The parking garage Alicia recommends has an exit on Clayton St, so if you park near that exit, you're just a block from the apartment.

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

Really nice place. Quiet, safe and centrally located. This is my 2nd time staying here. Great place and host, I would recommend and stay again :)

This is definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at—it truly felt like home. Everything was clean and well-organized. Marcel, the host, was super responsive and went out of his way to help. I would absolutely stay here again!
