Fristående hus på lantgård 8 km från Falkenbergs centrum. C:a 300 m till badstrand, 1 km till Grimsholmens naturreservat, Kattegattsleden utanför knuten. I det stora rummet finns köksavdelning med diskmaskin. Där är två enkelsängar placerade. En halvtrappa upp finns två sängar. En trappa ner badrum med dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin och strykjärn. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

"Elisabets lägenhet" 40 m till sjön med egen båt

Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
