Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would definitely return next time I'm visiting Fishers. Super clean and quiet with great walking paths and a park nearby as well.

Amy was fantastic and the place was luxury with home town price. We were in town to go to Conner Prairie an this location was only 10 minutes away and about 15 minutes from the Indy. I wish all places turned out like this.

The nicest Airbnb we have ever visited! Modern, efficient, clean, and comfortable. Amy provided detailed instructions for everything from arrival to departure including TV and Wifi details. It was a wonderful home away-from-home experience with no unpleasant surprises or deficiencies making our visit to Indy enjoyable and problem free. We would have liked a TV in the bedroom, but survived having to watch the same channel (March Madness Basketball) during our stay. Thank you, Amy, for your amazing hospitality!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! This apartment worked perfectly for our weekend trip to Indy while visiting family who also live in Lavina complex. The place was cozy and decorated lovely. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and plenty of fresh new towels. Thank you Amy
