Great place to stay and very easy to get to downtown Cincinnati! Only hiccup was AC was not working but Ali went above and beyond to come out and look at it and even brought extra fans and window cooling units. Clean and comfortable stay! Hosts were very responsive to all questions and concerns - which was definitely a major part of our great stay!

Shanna was an excellent host - very responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Snacks and waters were left out, the hot tub was a great feature after long work days and the house was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Shanna and her house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cincinnati.

The house was a perfect weekend getaway with friends! Each bedroom was clean and spacious. Really great view of the city from the roof. The street is a little narrow so we were initially concerned about street parking, but we never had an issue finding a spot nearby.

This is a beautiful, historic home! It had plenty of space for all of us and was very comfortable and clean. The only thing I expected based on stays at other airbnb homes that was lacking was body soap/wash and shampoo. We had everything else we needed and more! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again or in any other properties of this owner.

So fun to overlook the Ohio river. Our group need a spot and it was perfect to be here. Thank you.

Fantastic stay celebrating graduation and birthday with friends/family from across the country! Perfect for our group of 11 people. The two kitchens were a huge plus, we made great use of both refrigerators and ovens to feed everyone over three days. The large kitchen was especially great for cooking and entertaining. The hot tub was clean, easy to use, and such a fun way to unwind after our eventful days. We also really appreciated the 3.5 bathrooms, which made things much more convenient for a large group. The home was clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and had plenty of pillows and blankets. There was lots of space to spread out, and the outdoor area was great, perfect for relaxing and taking photos. A couple of things: more towels would have been helpful, especially with the hot tub use and the layout may be tricky for anyone with mobility issues since all bedrooms are either upstairs or in the basement. Perfect for us and we would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place! The location is truly one-of-a-kind with breathtaking views—including a perfect view of the fireworks from the Reds stadium. The house was spacious, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and communication with Michael was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & were dreaming of how we hope our future home shares similar characteristics as this property! The A-frame cabin with the surrounding woods make you feel like you’re the main character in a good book. The hot tub was an added bonus! Our dogs loved joining us on the trip as well- super dog friendly home! We were nervous our dogs might annoy the birds but the birds were barely noticeable (surprisingly quiet!) & we utilized the built in barrier to keep the dogs away from the room with the birds. The backyard was super peaceful & woodsy. It was an unexpected oasis. The neighborhood seemed very safe & well taken care of! We really appreciated the coffee bar & drank a cup each morning in the large room with all the windows cozied up on the couch. The host was kind & really quick to respond! Overall we would most definitely stay here again!

We really, really enjoyed this property even though it rained & stormed every day. The view is so gorgeous! We actually enjoyed watching the storms out the large windows that overlook the property, the large pond and rolling hills. Watching the deer meandering around as they fed and the turkeys chasing each other was better than watching TV. This property is so peaceful. On nice days, there is lots to do as he says in the description…pontoon & paddle boat on the pond, a fire pit area, the hot tub, corn hole, comfortable deck, and just walking the property. The home was spotless and very comfortably appointed. We could not think of one thing we would have wanted that wasn’t already provided. So many towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. Beautiful and tasteful decor. Comfortable beds. We traveled with another couple & there was plenty of room. Jim was very responsive from beginning to end. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. I’m sure anyone would love their stay.

Our family's experience at Nick's place was really amazing. We have a young family of 7, so the spacious property was a perfect fit. Nick's place was free of clutter, and the overall design was supported the luxurious simplicity. Our 5 kids could not wait for the game room and movie theater. Mission accomplished. Nick even allowed us an earlier check in that the listing indicated, and when we arrived they had orchestrated an Easter egg hunt for the kids. We were like, "what?!?!". The kids spent the first 30 minutes sprinting from wall to wall trying to find eggs 😂. Thanks Nick!

Felt right at home. my kids loved the hot tub and fenced in backyard. Host always responded in a timely manner and just a great stay all around. I would definitely book from host again.

Girls weekend away was a success! Just some quiet time away. Lots of birds, that some are uncommon. The Pygmy goats are pretty cute too. The creek would be perfect for exploring. Hot tub was perfect too. Thanks Allison for sharing Mamaws cabin.

We wanted a quiet getaway for a nice long weekend and this spot was perfect! We loved the hot tub and used it everyday. Randy mentioned some short trails to walk on which we would have done if the weather was better. The location was great if you want to get away from the city.
