A little luxury studio.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water. Please read Important Note below

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

We welcome you to stay at the South Freo Fishermans Cottage! The beautiful and popular South Beach is literally at your doorstep. Along with the south beach hotel/pub being 2-doors down, the Third Wheel cafe has your coffee covered, and the wonderful Madalena's Bar is one of the hottest bars in Perth at your fingertips. Stunning in summer with the beach, amenities and Saturday night markets, while in cooler months the cottage has a cosy feel with the built in gas fireplace.

Cosy studio by Manning park bushlands

Beautifully appointed fully self-contained, air conditioned studio apartment with full kitchen and washing machine, close to bush, parklands and a cycle ride from the beach. It is located in our front garden and surrounded by native trees. It is separate from the main house but we are always around to answer any questions. This is a smoke free property. Please note that the studio is elevated and the ability to navigate a few steps to get to the front door are necessary :)

Freo Limestone studio

The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.
