Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Bring your fishing gear, play games, swim, cookout on the Weber or Blackstone grill. Simply relax at the lake and get some sun on the private dock! Take in the lakeview on the covered porch, sitting in an Adirondack chair. The perfect spot for your getaway. 10 minutes from Hamilton/Colgate. Enjoy Central NY's finest!

The Fuller House - 15 Mins From Colgate

Newly renovated family home located in the smallest (& quietest) town in upstate NY. 15 minutes from Colgate University and a short drive to Cooperstown, the Hall of Fame, Dreams Park and All-Star Village! Open concept first floor with custom bar top, great for gathering and entertaining. Sleeps 6 comfortably (2 queens, 1 double) and can sleep an additional 2 guests on the pull out couch. Including SUNY Cortland, TC3 (~15min), Syracuse University(~30 min), Cornell (~30 min) & Ithaca College (~40 min) *Walking distance to: SUNY Cortland Downtown/Mainstreet Cortland Starbucks Several amazing local restaurants & a grocery store. Great local ski options including Greek Peak and Labrador Mtn.

The Mohawk Getaway! Private heated pool

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

Rocky Point #1

Lake is drawn down 10 ft for the NYS Madison Reservoir Dam rehab. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing all continue. No construction noise. Rocky Point sits on a deeper portion of the lake — our dock and waterfront access remain in usable water. You'll just see a wider exposed shoreline than in normal years. Two-bedroom (both queen) cottage with two full bathrooms, trundle for two, 70" Roku TV, fully-equipped kitchen with lake-view dining. Sleeps 6. Five minutes to Colgate.

Tranquility Cove

Nestled on Leland Pond in Bouckville, NY, Tranquility Cove provides you with the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, while also being closely located to Colgate University (4.5 miles), Morrisville State College (6 miles) and a vast array of hiking, fishing and other outdoor attractions. This property features a master bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a separate den area with a daybed, that easily converts to a king size bed.

Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away
