After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and bedrooms so we could spread out. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was caring and checked to make sure our visit was going well. We would stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay at Andrew’s place. The bed was particularly comfortable, and we really appreciated having plenty of seating in the living areas. The area is quite peaceful and also so close to great restaurants. Andrew’s local recommendations were great!

An excellent AirBnb. Host was responsive. Check-in was simple. Home was impressively clean. Had "the things you need" in an AirBnb (knives, etc.). Even went the extra mile and included some pantry essentials and robes. Location is walkable to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Walked to Sun King and Metazao Breweries. Landscaping is beautiful. Owner lives next door so would be there for any needs. About the best you could get from an AirBnb.

This is the second stay at Nick's place. We had another wonderful time and will always choose to stay at Nick's place when we are in town for the family gatherings. We all love the game room and when we want to relax and watch a movie, there's plenty of space for that too. Thank you for the great stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 children. Having my daughter and son -in-law and their boys on a separate floor (with their own bathroom) was great! I'm sure they would have enjoyed the backyard if it wasn't pouring down rain the entire time during our stay.

Was even better and bigger in person! Was adorable and fully stocked and was a great place to stay for a girls trip. Everything was homey yet funky and modern and colorful. Couldn’t recommend more! Host was accommodating and responded quickly to questions. Had great nights downtown and just staying in. Would love to come back!

The house was in a good location to walk to restaurants and coffee shop. It was nice to have a fenced in area in back of house to park car when no on street parking was available. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. A basket of snacks was waiting when we got there, which was a nice touch.

Awesome stay right on canal w canal access

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

I was the first ever guest to stay at this property, so it was immaculate and brand new. Located right off the street in the new Industry building near 5Iron golf. Place is very clean, high tech with an app and keypad to enter made it very easy to check-in. One bedroom and bath downstairs, another upstairs. About a 12min walk to the Conference Center and downtown circle, we never had to use our car or Uber - walked to everything in town for a conference. Dani communicated very quickly, I would absolutely stay here again. Pictures are exactly how the unit looks. Very clean, very new - great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

This was a great place to stay with private parking area, plenty of towels and spacious interior.

Nice Place. The pool was heated, which was awesome for the kids. The firepit below was nice as well. It was relaxing to sit out back, the adults could relax by the fire, while the kids played in the pool. The house itself was roomy, and everything worked as it should. Perfect for families. And about 10/12 minutes from baseball fields, Grand Park.

All in all this was an awesome place to stay! The space was very clean, and we felt safe staying here. It was an easy walk to many places around the city. Check in was smooth. When we arrived ,we were instructed to contact the property manager to get access to the apartment.The manager was very kind amd helpful. She stayed on the phone with us during the whole process of gaining access to both the building and the apartment, and also told us to feel free to call her with anything else we may need. There was a problem with the amenities listed. The coffee bar/items were not there nor was there any soap/shampoo/washing items. Also there were only 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. We contacted Jeremy about this & within the hour he had a person bring us most of these items which was impressive! We would suggest bringing extra blankets/ pillows if you are a person who needs those items. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend!! Jeremy is an awesome host!

Kim was great from beginning to end. Very understanding and sympathetic to my situation showed a lot of empathy for me and my family. The house was very nice and very clean also a great area. I truly appreciate Kim’s hospitality. My family felt great and thought it was the best idea to get an Airbnb for us to sit reminisce on family. Thank you again, Kim! This is my first time renting an Airbnb and it will not be my last. This has been an awesome experience. I had reservations at first, but you made it really easy for me. Truly appreciate you. TP

I’ve stayed here twice, and would hope to again. The house is beautiful and well cared for. The hosts are accommodating and communicative.

We selected this location because it was close to our planned activities and it was perfect! Right downtown Fortville but on a residential street close to a park. The home is spacious and well equipped! Our host was courteous and friendly in all communications.

Exactly as described / pictured and very close to all local spots. Sara was accommodating with our needs, too!

Gem on Pearl was just what we needed for our stay. Location was great for walking to some good local restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We were happy being able to bring our dogs. We appreciated the personal message on the black board regarding the reason for our stay. We will definitely be using again for our next visit. The owner was great at communicating before and during our stay. She was very accommodating to our schedule and everything ran very smoothly.

Had a lovely stay with no complaints, Matt was a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. When I asked about black out curtains due to having young children, he went and got them and had them ready to go for when we got there. He even had beer and wine waiting for us when we got there. I would recommend staying here if you are looking in the Fortville area.

Sach is probably the most friendly, responsive host that we have ever had. The place was exactly as listed. The house is older and could use some TLC, but all rooms were clean, and it had everything we needed for a business trip. The neighborhood and location are both good too. We would stay here again.
