Fall asleep in the fresh Maine air, listening to the sounds of the nearby harbor. Wake to birdsong and dancing leaves. Our 5m bell tent is appointed with cozy furnishings to wrap you in comfort after a day of exploration. Recline under the stars by the fire pit and view the magnificent milky way. Relax, re-charge and enjoy the peace that comes from spending time near the ocean and under the stars. Our tents have all the comforts of home. Linens, towels, bath products and kitchen supplies. Just 4 miles from Acadia N.P. This tent has a fully accessible bathroom, queen bed, bunk bed, kitchenette, kitchen table and outside deck. There is a communal fire pit with free wood. A basic camp in the woods just off coastal route 1, only 15 minutes from Schoodic district of Acadia. The canvas wall tent has a queen bed, linens, and towels. There is a cooler, a camping shower with limited hot water, and power. Privy, firepit, double hammock, lights, a camping stove and very basic cooking implements. You WILL hear some highway noise, but the site offers more privacy than a campground. There are kayaks to explore Jones pond , a 10 minute walk down the trail.

Sampson Farm Canvas Tent

The wall tent is 12x14 with a full-sized bed, wood stove, fire pit, and an outhouse. The tent sits on 100+ acres of beautiful woods and ponds that are free to explore. Dogs are welcome, there are 3 resident dogs, 2 collies that will greet you and a retired guardian dog. Also a couple of sheep, possibly pigs, and various fowl. Martha is always willing to give a tour of her farm garden. There are no official hiking trails on the property, lots of hiking trails on the island.

Just 32 miles from Acadia National Park! Enjoy your morning coffee with the company of bald eagles, ospreys, blue herrings, Canadian geese, amount many other feathered species. This is the perfect place to reconnect with nature. Kayaks and fishing poles are available for you to enjoy during your stay. There is a fireplace, gas grill, plenty of lawn to play a game of corn hole or just relax in a hammock and soak in the views. Located on Graham Lake in Mariaville Maine

Peaceful Woodland Shelter

perfect for anyone who wants a simple overnight setup without the noise of campgrounds. You’ll have access to my shed and the attached storage area for your gear. Guests bring their own tent or can use one of mine on the property. There’s no electricity or running water, so please bring a heater or anything else you need to stay warm and comfortable. It’s a peaceful place to unplug, rest, and enjoy the woods. Great for anyone who wants a place to set up for the night.

Not far from the main house is your large queen bedded tent set on a spacious platform. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on your deck and listen to Mark Island fog horn, just off shore. Tented walls, swaying pines, wefts of campfire and a super comfy bed await. Deer Isle is an island connected by a bridge.
