The perfect place to get away! We all hated that we had to leave. I don't even think my review will be able to do this gem the justice it deserves. You have to experience it for yourself! It is in the perfect location- private and rural but close enough to Biloxi and New Orleans and the surrounding areas that you have the best of both worlds. We had plenty of room for my husband, our 4 children, my mom and dad, my sister, and myself. Plenty of pots, pans, other dishes, and common food essentials. Pump bottles of soap, towels, extra blankets and sheets, etc are provided. And don't get me started on how FABULOUS the area is outside downstairs! Watching the boats pass by is an entire event! Like I said before, EXPERIENCE this one for yourself! The host is responsive, as well. The only thing I needed to ask is if we could extend our stay another night lol. Now, let me go find a reason to book it again before you guys take it! 5 STARS!!!

This is such a sweet spot! Close to everything you need. Gorgeous courtyard. Cute house with awesome amenities (the kids loved the snacks). Our fav part was the cabana- great spot to relax!

We enjoyed the peace of this place. It secluded but just 10 mins from a great boardwalk with great food. It also felt very home like. I would book it again.

Beautiful place in a great location! The water is a man made waterway so not exactly what I thought but I loved it. We still caught some fish. The house was beautiful!

I really enjoyed my stay here! There was a private fenced in yard for my puppy to run around in and blueberry muffins with orange juice was brought to me on my first morning. The hosts were so friendly and responded immediately to any message I sent. It’s a very quick drive to the beach and the little downtown area with plenty of restaurants. The shower has a removable head so I was able to bathe my puppy when we got back from the beach. Definitely recommend staying here and if I return to the area, I would definitely use them again!

Chickies Cottage is a quiet and serene place to stay. The animals were fun to watch. Our kids loved petting the mini horse. It was such a break from our chaotic move from a different state. We would recommend this place to all of our family and friends. Thank you, Lavonne!

It’s a peaceful place in the bayou. Tom was a great host. If I’m in the area again, I’d absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a high end kitchen go elsewhere. Appliances are old but all were clean and worked perfectly. Well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Sheets were so soft and the ac was cold. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And was so happy to let my pup get some off leash time. Thanks Tom!
