This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Chalet 4 B

A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Villa QUU on korkeatasoinen erillishuvila, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella ja kauniilla paikalla lähellä Ylläksen suosituimpia aktiviteetteja. Alkuvuodesta 2025 valmistunut huvila tarjoaa modernit mukavuudet, tilavat puitteet ja erinomaisen sijainnin niin rentouttavaan kuin aktiiviseenkin lomailuun. Forest Ranger's House–Authentic Lappish atmosphere

House is located 5 km from the center of Äkäslompolo in the beautiful Lapland countryside and belongs to the Kuoppa´s farm. Here you can experience the authentic Lapland atmosphere. The house has an area of 127 square meter and can accommodate six people. It is best suited for 1-2 couples, a family, or a small group of friends. For an additional fee and advance booking, we offer breakfast at Cafe & Butik for €15/person and traditional reindeer roast from our own kitchen for €25/person.

Loihtu - Glass roof winter cabin in Levi Lapland

Set in Äkäslompolo near Ylläs ski resort, Housu is a thoughtfully designed home accommodating up to 9 guests. Completed in 2023 with architect Otso Virtanen and the interior designed by Fyra, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Finnish spruce defines the warm interior, complementing the Arctic surroundings. Filled with natural light, it features a cosy living area, modern kitchen, and a master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after days of adventure.

Uusi uniikki, tunnelmallinen paritalomökki valmistui jouluksi 2023. Äkäsvilla on laatutietoisen lomailijan hirsimökki uudella Röhkömukanmaan alueella Äkäslompolossa. Mökki majoittaa 6 vierasta. Mökki sijaitsee hiihtolatujen, rinteiden ja luontopolkujen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Olohuone/keittiön isoista pohjoisen taivaalle ulottuvista ikkunoista voit ihailla tunturimaisemaa ja iltojen pimetessä nähdä tähtitaivaan ja revontulten loimut. Rinteisiin matkaa 1,4km. Kauppaan 3km

Villa Kaltio: cabin with traditional Finnish sauna

Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni vanhan porojen polun varrella oleva mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Voit myös varata meiltä erikseen aamiaisen, joka tarjoillaan päärakennuksessa. Tervetuloa!

Ylläksen ainutlaatuinen luonto ja sen tarjoamat aktiviteetit avautuvat heti ulko-ovelta: Valaistu hiihtolatu kulkee huoneiston läheltä. Lumettomalla ajalla retkeily- ja maastopyöräilyreitit kulkevat mökin vierestä.

We are only a 25-minute drive from Äkäslompolo village and 45 minutes from Kittilä Airport. Here, you’ll enjoy dark skies, privacy, comfort, and the natural beauty of Lapland in every season.

Villa Äkäsjoensuu

Tunnelmallinen hirsimökki Äkäsjoen rannassa. Mökin ikkunoista pääset seuraamaan virtaavaa jokea, jonne on matkaa alle 20 metriä. Voit käydä saunan jälkeen uimassa ilman, että on huolta naapureista. Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone. Yläkerrasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista kummastakin avautuu näkymä luontoon.
