Very friendly and responsive host. The place was clean

Thank you to Phuong and everyone else who helped us. We really loved the gym and the cafe downstairs. The staff there was always so helpful and kind and the cafe dog Bông brightened my day. The apartment was as described and we loved the loft. It was quirky but we expected that from a loft. The furniture made locally was really beautiful and the shower was great (I am picky about showers haha!) We unfortunately had to move to a different room after a wind storm cause a piece of siding the get loose, but the other room was really lovely too. Phuong was patient and kind with me in a moment when I was very stressed. I am very grateful to her. I would suggest a stay here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean. The view was breathtaking, especially in the mornings and at sunset – definitely one of the highlights. The service was also outstanding: super friendly, helpful, and always available. I felt truly welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

This is now the third or fourth time we have stayed here. We obviously keep coming back because we are extremely happy. Fantastic location, all amenities, great view, proactive host. Have recommended to our friends who have booked as well. You cannot go wrong here.

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

Overall a great stay in Hanoi with Chez and family. They were nice, chill, and helpful anytime I needed help with anything. The area is secluded from all the noise you would get around the Old Quarter, but it's close enough to the southern train street area (walking distance). You have nearby restaurants, parks, and convenience stores as well. Overall good choice to stay in, as I was helped out with my Sim Card and given some tips and tricks on places to go to and how to navigate the city. Stayed here for 1 month and recommend to everyone.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

The location in Ecopark is perfect peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and a refreshing escape from the busy city center. The neighborhood offers great amenities, including cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores, all within walking distance. Had a great stay here! The place was super spacious and comfy—exactly what we needed. Self check-in was super easy, no issues at all. Everything went smoothly and the whole experience was really chill. Affordable place to stay for groups who prefer to stay in one building. Elevator was a plus since we have seniors with us during this trip.

We visited vietnam for 12 days and this was our favorite stay of the entire trip! I visited Hanoi with my family and this place felt like home. There was always someone available to us at all times. The location is at old quaters which was very convenient. The house in itself is so pretty and Pinteresty, we loved it. Huyen, was available on phone/text and responded in seconds, disregard of what our query was. We even got some souvenirs from her as a gift. Even the cleaning lady was so sweet, she did not speak English but whenever she saw us, she smiled and said bye- like at all times! :) Overall our stay was amazing, place is clean, exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful, the hosts are also very friendly, English speaking and helpful. Do not miss this place in Hanoi.

We enjoyed our stay here at this apartment. ROOM: The room was squeaky clean and very spacious! There were multiple sockets around the apartment and they even provided toiletries! The bed was very big and comfortable, and we had a lovely time cooking at the kitchen due to its complete cooking pans and pots. The refrigerator was functioning well, and the bathroom was squeaky clean! There was even hot and cold water! I have no complaints! SERVICE: Owner was very kind and responsive. The check in instructions were so clear, we didn't have trouble getting in! LOCATION: It is, however, quite far from the old quarter and west lake. That's the only sad thing I could think of. PRICE: The price was super affordable. It's quite a really good deal, we definitely got much more than what we paid for. Overall, I highly recommend! We had such a comfortable stay in this place!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Host was friendly and profesional. one of the best airbnb apt which i have stayed in Ha Noi. its friendly and full of facilities. the apt was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Highly recommend!!!!!

Set in a peaceful area of Hanoi, this was a really nice relaxing stay. The apartment is really tastefully designed with big windows and high ceilings. communication with the host was prompt and easy. The bed is comfortable, a bit on the hard side but I personally like that. Nice touches throughout such as purifiedwater and netflix projector. Definate value for money x
