Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Middle Cottage - Peaceful location with garden

Middle Cottage sits in the village of tranquil Cornworthy. Out of the way of the tourist trail, this is a peaceful spot even in the height of the summer. 200-year-old Middle Cottage has been entirely renovated. Solid woods and crisp whites, and with painted and exposed stone walls, its modern living meets age-old character. There are gardens front and back, and views across the rolling countryside. The refurbished inn is close to hand, and it’s walking distance to two brilliant waterside pubs.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This unique home sits on the peaceful edge of our village, just three miles from Totnes. It features bright, modern décor, well-equipped facilities, and quality furnishings. Guests enjoy privacy and stunning west-facing views down the long, tranquil garden. Set in a valley, the property is bathed in natural light. Outdoor seating on the first-floor balcony and generous patio is perfect for relaxed dining or drinks while enjoying the scenery. Additional guest fee £15 per night, aged 4+

Betwixt Dartmouth & Totnes! stunning rural views!

A stunning conversion of a redundant water reservoir completed in early 2025 to an extremely high standard. The property, situated in a rural location only 3 miles from Dartmouth, is south facing and approx half hour's drive from both Totnes and Salcombe. Beaches at Bantham, Thurlestone, Blackpool Sands are all within half an hour or less. The property has breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and Dartmoor in the distance from the sitting area and both outdoor seating areas.

Ashwell Cottage is located in the grounds of our home, Ashwell House at the end of a country lane in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil Devon countryside. The Cottage was completely renovated in 2019. It has its own cottage garden, which in turn is set in the substantial grounds of Ashwell House. French doors open out onto a patio area with an outdoor dining space. The loudest noise you are likely to hear is the occasional passing tractor, and our own normally well behaved dog.

As you step through the ancient doors into the souk styled hallway, you are transported to another world. Santai is a luxurious, stylish apartment that embodies the perfect blend of boho charm and wabi-sabi elegance. Outside, a small private roof terrace extends the living area, with views of the surrounding South Devon Countryside and Totnes below.

Go by car, bus or rail to stunning coasts, beaches and countryside. Visit pubs in nearby villages or go to Totnes, 3 miles away, with its markets, individual shops, restaurants and wine bars. From there enjoy a river trip to historic Dartmouth. Our friendly village has a great shop, post office and garage.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

Weaver's Cottage is a charming 18th-century home in Harbertonford, South Devon. This cozy, stylishly redecorated cottage features two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. Located in a friendly village with easy access to Totnes (10 minutes by car) and the South Devon coast (20 minutes by car), it's an ideal base for exploring the area.
