Located less than 45 min from downtown Summerville, 40 min from I-20, 1 hr from Downtown Charleston, and 25 min from I-95. We are a livestock property and for the safety of our animals we only allow 1 pet per reservation with a strict leash policy.

The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

This stunning newly built home is only 3 miles from downtown Summerville. Master down stairs, 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, over 2,400sqft, two story home with a fenced in yard makes for a very comfortable stay. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed and one can sleep on the couch.
