This lovely apartment is located 3 miles from historic Beaufort. Established in 1713, Beaufort is the fourth oldest town in North Carolina. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Take a right at the waterfront... just 4 blocks away you will find local retail shops, ferry services, parasailing, catamarans, historic home tours, museum, restaurants, pubs and the famous Beaufort boardwalk.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

Full bathroom with shower, privacy toilet, sink and washer/drier. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Has a small coffee pot and a small Keurig. You will need to bring your own coffee and/or K-cups. 2 mini split HVAC units.
