Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

The town's cosy pubs and award winning restaurants are a short stroll away. The property is also a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Cornwall coast and beyond.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

We are only a 10 minute drive from Cornwall Airport Newquay. Close by isThe Mermaid Inn (pub on the beach). Newquay town is within walking distance. There's a separate entrance and off road parking for one car. Large Smart TV in the lounge and in the bedroom. King Size Bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Sorry No Pets.
