This spot is close to downtown, super convenient to concerts and events in the area. Be aware that the elevator is slow and often full, but otherwise this was a great stay in an awesome location

We had a great 24 hours celebrating a family birthday! We love the balcony and also how walkable the area was. The condo was just as described! So convenient to have the coffee maker and coffee pods and all the different creamers and flavors. Keri was very responsive and we would definitely stay again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rick's place. The location was great for getting out and walking around Germantown. We explored the farmer's market which was just a short walk but it was still early in the season so not many vendors were there. We did have some excellent crepes and the plant and nursery area had lots to look at. Ate dinner at City House one night and had some really good pizza. The rooftop terraces were quite lovely and did afford a nice view of the city at night. Everything was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen but it was fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. Rick was a thoughtful and gracious host.

Excellent location!!! Lots of great downtown stuff very nearby. Walked to everything we wanted! Having private, underground parking spot was fantastic! The apartment was perfect for what we needed and very cozy and comfortable. Loved the place, loved the location, loved downtown Nashville!

This is BY FAR one of the best Airbnb‘s we’ve ever stayed at! The home is beautifully appointed, very large, private, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the living room with a large TV and a beautiful layout on the main floor. This lovely home is basically brand new and everything was so attractive and nice, absolutely no complaints! The gated property was also a very nice feature. We come to Nashville often and this is going to be our new GO-TO place to stay. So so glad we found it… Thanks, Henry and Jenny!

I give “Shawn’s Place” my highest recommendation! The location is ideal as it is within a 10 to 15 minute drive to almost anywhere I wanted to go. Also, to say the modern, sleek, interior design is exquisite is an understatement. It must be professionally decorated as it looks like a page out of a design magazine. This condo is very beautiful, spacious and had everything I needed to make coffee, tea, meals and cocktails. There are two identical condos side-by-side. I stayed in unit A on the left side. Each unit has 3.5 floors and four bedrooms plus two rooftop decks! These two condos sleep so many people. It would be ideal to rent both condos for a big group of friends and/or family! It’d be especially fun for a bachelorette or bachelor party! It is a short drive to all of the bars on the lively Broadway strip. When I pulled up to the condo, I was happy to see there is a garage with room for two cars. There is also a ping-pong table with ginger beer on top waiting for Shawn’s guests. I added some vodka and limes to my ginger beer in order to make a delicious mule! When I walked throughout the 3.5 floors of “Shawn’s Place,” it was obvious that Shawn cares about her future guests and had them in mind as she thought of what they might need. She went above and beyond to make sure we would not have to buy nor bring anything besides clothes. Shawn clearly knows that it’s in the little details that can make a vacation more pleasant. For every set of guests, she puts out a lovely welcome tray with all kinds of complimentary snacks, drinks, goodies and even a bottle of wine. She has also put together a thorough binder with both instructions for the condo and suggestions of things to do in Nashville. One night, I drove to Hattie B’s on Charlotte Pike which is close by to enjoy their famous hot chicken! Then another day I drove to the spacious Centennial Park which is also close to see The Parthenon, a tourist favorite. Shawn has stocked the kitchen with all of the essentials to make yummy meals and your drink of choice. She even made sure there are fresh coffee beans, sugar, and honey. There is a grocery store close by so I made steak and roasted veggies one night and sat outside on the rooftop deck right off the kitchen to enjoy the stars and lovely view. I stayed in the master bedroom which was such a treat! The deep tub and large shower are luxurious. There are three shower heads including an overhead rain shower and handheld body sprayer. The walk in closet in the master is enormous. Shawn has stocked all of the bathrooms throughout the house with shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus all of the closets have hangers. has made sure there are lots of extra fluffy towels and many soft blankets throughout the house. Thank you, Shawn, for your Southern hospitality! We had a wonderful vacation! I had so much fun, but also reveled in the relaxation that I needed. I’ll be back soon with a larger group and will rent both condos!

This place was perfect for our party of 7. Beautifully designed home with plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood short drive to downtown Nashville. Joel and Victor were great hosts who care about your experience while visiting the city.

Great place, very clean with plenty of space outside to relax. The bed was very comfy. The place was clean and had well stocked kitchen. There is plenty of parking in the front of the house and in the back of the house.

Danika's place was perfect for our stay in Nashville. The beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows, plenty of hangers and we loved Danika's recommendations for places to eat. We loved the history of the place and the original hardwood floors in the bedroom. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay.

Paul and Morgan were excellent hosts, proactive and responsive in their communications, including many great suggestions on restaurants and shops in the area. the location, check-in/out and access instructions were very clear, and the loft was perfect for our trip. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to be in Nashville for a few days, and looking for a comfortable clean place close to the heart of downtown.

Very nice townhouse…. He supplied shampoos etc. and had a coffee station. Neal was very responsive to my questions.

The location for the price almost can’t be beat, you can walk to fast food or even the store if needed. Downtown is basically a drive up the street, and the residents are so quiet it was a great stay will definitely stay here again.

Great information and advice from our Host. Responded to any questions very quickly. He ensured we had a great stay. Nice location walk into the center. Good amenities locally. would definitely return and use our host again. Made our trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about anything else.

The condo was as advertised. We had all that we needed for our 4 night stay. Parking was easy. You could walk into main strip of Nashville. Musicians Hall of Fame quite close, and the stadium. We did not walk from there because initially the last block or 2 seemed a little dicey because there was construction, but we later realized it really was fine. The construction was not an issue. Nice place!
