There are two bedrooms with the option of turning the living room into a third bedroom with a queen sofa bed and doors for privacy, a full bathroom with a tub, and a large eat in kitchen complete with dining table and a TV. In the warmer months there is a back porch with a dining set-up and grill. Both bedrooms have room darkening shades.
