Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

This was our second time staying here and once again felt straight at home as soon as we walked in. We chose this place again because we loved it and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect with a retail park nearby and also not far in the car to get to the Trafford Centre and the city centre. The apartment is modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great to have parking available in such a central location. The host is great and provided all the information we needed. Checking in and out was really easy. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to others!

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance to York city. Richard met us on our first day, and we were able to check in sooner too. Excellent off street secure private parking. I had a delightful stay in Rebecca’s beautiful accommodation. The place was intelligently and thoughtfully laid out and designed, it felt safe and secure, with the added bonus of opening the security gate, turn left and there’s the mighty York Minster peering over its surrounds, making navigation easy. Could not recommend it any higher - it’s fabulous

This is a great place to stay, with everything you need. I love that it's tech free too! Easy check in/out and takeaways/restaurants nearby if you don't fancy cooking. The in house supplies/treats provide a lovely selection with an honesty box payment. 😍

Ray's place is a gem. Highly recommended. Very comfortable with every amenity as well as parking and a friendly responsive host. Eating out options within walking distance.

A fantastic weekend stay. A charming property with original features mixed with modern amenities, everything we needed. A great location for walks or a day out in Uppermill sampling the local bars and eateries. A very friendly and responsive host. We would definitely recommend and return.

Lovely little holiday home . We stayed Sunday - Thursday . Kerry was lovely . Great communication any issues I just messaged Kerry . Lots of hot water very comfy beds . All kitchen things I needed to make meals. Stone flag floor in lounge kitchen so take your slippers! Very peaceful little nook. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

Amy's place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The annexe was cosy and comfortable with all the thoughtful amenities you'd want. The annexe was absolutely spotlessly clean as well. The location was perfect for exploring the dales, with all of the top sites well within an hour's drive. The parking was a bonus in the village, and the village had lots of nice shops and pubs, with some nice local walks to take in the countryside. We would definitely come back! Thank you

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by my wonderful hosts. After a tour of the apartment I settled in immediately, feeling at home and very relaxed. The kitchen and utility room are well appointed with everything you could want (plus treats for canine & humans, throws, dog beds and towels etc.), the cosy living room has a VERY comfortable sofa, dining table/chairs and a cabinet full of things to entertain every member of your family (including your dog!). The king sized bed is very comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere, guaranteed to enhance sweet dreams. The bathroom is wonderful-not only is the shower a generous size but is lovely and powerful but the whole bathroom has plenty of space and is very cosy with plush towels a plenty! I didn’t try out the spa bath but it is available for people who prefer baths instead. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Sue and Kevin’s apartment (not forgetting to mention their two lovely labradors)

Absolutely beautiful apartment overlooking the canal, very nice and comfortable! Comes with everything you need including a dishwasher and washer/dryer! Nice to have the jacuzzi and pool for personal use too which was a great addition! Curtis was very friendly and helpful and responsive. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone for a nice weekend away or a business stay. I will definately be back in the future.

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. The buildings, the farm, the village and the surroundings are all wonderful and we felt most fortunate to be there. Our hosts were very pleasant too. I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.
