The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We used the optional sauna and the snow shoes and had wonderful time. Our host was Neo who is a very nice and caring person. We can recommend the Jaeger Adventure Camp very much!

Vi hade en underbar tid i Sonjas stugan. Där finns många informationer och man kan ta härliga tourer på Vesterålen och Lofoten eftersom stugan ligger så central. Stugan är mycket comfortabel inredd varm, ljus och solig; den ligger idylliskt lugnt och trevligt nära vattnet i ett vackert naturområde med underbar utsikt. Efter bad i fjorden är den varma poolen verkligen fantastiskt! Vi rekommenderar stugan varmt!!! Tack för allt.

A beautiful cabin at a beautiful location, nice hosts and good size bedrooms.

The house of Trond was perfect ! Many activities were possible at Jaeger Adventure Camp (Check it on internet). We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host's friendliness, flexibility, and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. The surrounding nature, especially the stunning fjord, added a breathtaking backdrop to our trip. Highly recommend!

This cabin was a perfect picturesque setting for a quiet escape from the city, and one my son and I really didn’t want to leave. The cabin is quaint and cozy, and gives you a true feeling of welcomed disconnect. John-Karstein was so helpful every step of the way, and suggested some fishing spots where we caught our dinner and made some great memories. It does take a while to get to the cabin (about 3.5hrs from Bodø airport), but the views along the way and around the house are spectacular. The balance of a wood-burning stove for heat and wifi makes for a stay that is restful and comforting - pure serenity.

This house was a wonderful place for a cozy autumn getaway. The location was perfect: only ~15min away from groceries and gas, yet still remote, peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. Torfinn was very responsive to all messages.

Super cute little house in a marvelous environment. We spent 3 lovely days at Mette’s place and enjoyed every moment. The place is really nice with all equipment and convenience to make you feel like home. The area is remote, quiet and offers plenty of opportunities for a nice walk. Mette is responsive and very friendly in her communication.

Espectacular chalet en medio del campo y a un paso de un fiordo. La cocina comedor es simplemente magnifica. Dan ganas de irse unos días allí a relajarse y mirar el horizonte. Por estar de turismo no pudimos sacarle el suficiente provecho. Cocina bien equipada y amplia. Amplia mesa y sofás para muchas personas. Las habitaciones son suficientes y en el ático o azotea hay muchas mas. Tiene una bonita terraza con su pequeña barbacoa (por el mal tiempo tampoco la pudimos aprovechar) y una chimenea que por no limpiar tampoco usamos. Merece la pena pagar un poco mas y no estar anquilosados en los famélicos campings noruegos de bajo coste. Mónica responde al instante y atendió todas mis preguntas y peticiones. Chalet de 10. Ojala haber tenido buen tiempo para ver desde allí las auroras boreales!. Al chalet se llega bien siguiendo las precisas indicaciones de Mónica.

Ein Haus der Großeltern, in dem wir 6 schöne Tage auf Verstålen verbringen durften. Das Wetter war, wie oft im September, sehr durchwachsen, aber wir haben schöne Ausflüge in alle Richtungen gemacht. Michelle selbst ist nicht vor. Paul, ihr Bruder, kümmert sich vor Ort. Das Haus liegt auf einem Bauernhof, quasi in einer Sackgasse, und ist stilvoll mit einem Kunstbildern gestaltet. Das Haus ist zum Teil renoviert, zum Teil muss noch was erneuert werden, z.B die alte Terassentür, oder die alten Stühle am Esstisch, die schon einige Risse bekommen haben. Es gibt einen tollen offenen Kamin, 1 neues Schlafzimmer und ein älteres Schlafzimmer, eine Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion in einem großen Bad, große gut ausgestattete Küche und allgemein viel Platz für 2 Personen. Wir haben die Zeit dort mit einem schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und Berge sehr genossen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder vorbei, wenn wir zufällig auf Verstålen sind :)

Vi følte os virkelig godt taget imod. John var meget gæstfri. Han havde bagt brød og tilbød os at vi kunne tage fisk i fryseren. Huset er hyggeligt… og med den mest vidunderlige udsigt. Fra terrassen kan man gå ned til stranden og bade. Huset ligger i storslåede omgivelser med Reitetinden til den ene side og fjorden og udsyn til fjeld på den anden side. Vi anbefaler Johns hytte til folk som elsker naturen og ro.

We spent a week at Andreas' cabin. We had some minor problems getting in, but Andreas responded quickly and resolved the situation with his father. Five stars for this! Cabin itself was beautiful and well equipped. The weather was mostly great and we got to spend as much time outside as we wanted. We can recommend this cabin to others too!

Nice and calm location for a holiday. House was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Option to charge your electric car was fantastic😊 Skrolsvik Fort is definitely worth a visit. It is much bigger than anticipated and has a lot to see. So much to see and do in Senja, 1-2 days is clearly not enough so we will have to come again!

Roar’s cabin was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the location. The combination of towering mountains and the calm, glistening fjords was like stepping into a dream. I didn’t even have to leave the cabin to see the aurora borealis, it danced in its full glory across the sky, visible right from the terrace, and watching it felt like pure magic. Just make sure to turn off the lights! The cabin itself was perfect, cozy and spotlessly clean that I felt at home the instant I walked in, which is something I rarely experience when traveling. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully prepared to make me comfortable. And then there was Roar. What an incredible person, kind, helpful, and always ready with advice. Talking with him made the trip feel even more personal and special. His warmth and hospitality truly set this place apart. Staying at his cabin wasn’t just a getaway, it was an experience that touched our soul in a deep way!

Fantastic place with stunning view and hiking possibilities right outside. You can’t ask for better hosts with helpful tips about the area and surroundings. Comfortable beds and otherwise everything you need in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place. We would love to come back.

We visitited Stine's place in April. It is in a quiet central location with excellent views from the lounge window. It is modern and well kept up, yet has the lovely cosy warmth when outside it is freezing and snowing hard. Stine, like other Norwegians we have met, is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Stine.

Sehr schöne Lage mit einmaligem Sonnenutergang. Traditionelles Haus mit freundlichem Gastgeber, er gibt wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung und dem Haus. Wir waren hier für Skitouren und hätten viele Möglichkeiten. Herzlichen Dank und auf ein anderes Mal. Urs

We had a great and relaxing week. Björn would be reachable in case we would have nedeed him. Nice Nordic Lights were great and the location is quiet with great ocean views and really away from everything .

Tollles Haus in fantastischer Umgebung mit einem - selbst bei Regen - atemberaubenden Blick. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Gastgeber! Der Check-In war Problem zur späteren Stunde möglich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben von Monika & Ralf hilfreiche Tips bzgl. Unternehmungen bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
