Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

1845 Menagerie

The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night.
