A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Monk's View offers adventurous nature lovers fully off-grid glamping (no water, electricity or cooking facilities) in our private nature reserve, surrounded by the lakes, woods, swans, geese, deer, peace and quiet. Have the best sleep of your life in our five meter boutique bell tent with the fully made up double bed. It's super comfortable! You'll have your own fire pit with free firewood to enjoy under the stars and a lovely composting loo all to yourself.

A luxury farm stay between Cotswolds and Stratford

Hailes is a beautifully converted barn on our farm. It has a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and a huge en suite shower room. The barn also has a large private garden, with outdoor seating and a fire pit to keep cosy whilst enjoying the sunset. We are ideally situated within a stones throw from the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon, whilst offering a rural escape.
