Bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, living room with smart tv and DVD player, sofa bed if you wish to use (notice needed for extra bedding) . Shower room down a step. Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. No smoking/vaping/candles.

The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Hastings Old Town cottage with sea views

23 Tackleway is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the heart of Hastings Old Town. The three bedroom cottage has the most amazing sea or townscape views from every room and is within minutes walking distance of the sea and all the restaurants, museums, pubs and independent shops the Old Town has to offer. The fishing fleet is launched from the beach at the end of the road and Tackleway has direct access to Hastings Country Park which has many walks and great views.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The location makes it perfect for restaurants, shops, the beach and all of the delights that the old town has to offer. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours.

Situated in 0re, nearby paths lead to the beautiful Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve with its coastal country walks, ancient woodlands and dramatic clifftop sea-views. Set back from the road, along a terrace of small cottages, this is a place for quiet and bird song.

Seagate cottage is a special place. A beamed Jacobean house in the heart of Hastings Old Town. It has 3 bedrooms and easily accommodates 5. Situated 50 metres from the seafront / beach and the ‘ Stade’ open area. Easy walk of fantastic pubs and restaurants. Cosy in the winter - with log burner - Airy and light in the summer. Dog friendly.

Recently refurbished detached 18th Century former farm building. Now a cosy cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage has one very spacious bedroom accessed via the stairs, with a king-size bed with a luxury bath within the room.
