Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. Peaceful and Fresh Roasted Coffee is VERY PRIVATE. You have a private entrance, private bath full kitchenette and a cozy screened in porch. It's at the end of the road. Surrounded by nature. There is a beautiful path to the sound to watch the sunset or put your kayak or windsurfer in. One of the most beautiful places on earth! It is also a very short drive to the beach. It is so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. Wake up with some of Wes's fresh roasted coffee.

Kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, fridge, and a toaster oven. No stove/oven. 5 Minutes from the beach and Avon pier, Linens provided. no pets. No Smoking. Gas grill. Outside shower, 2 beach chairs. Extra clean fee of $300.00 for smoking in rental.

This is a triplex with a newly renovated private two bedroom, one bath apartment tucked alongside a canal that connects to the Pamlico Sound. Rocking Hat Retreat WEST is secluded with so much outdoor space to utilize. We are less than 1,000ft away from the public beach access with a CROSSWALK at Hwy 12, and the Avon Fishing Pier is only a five-minute walk away.

Lovey Landing

Above the garage apartment with private entrance. There are 18 stairs that you must climb to get to the apartment. You will have access to our back yard and side yard for grilling if you would like to bring one. We are about a mile from beach access for 4x4 driving and walk on access. We are 7 miles from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and 6 miles from the ferry terminal in Hatteras.
