An open plan, self-contained suite minutes from the Sydney coast, a vibrant collection of restaurants, great public transport and one of Sydney's favourite, heritage-listed cinemas. This space is a secluded, 2-person get-away. Full amenities provided to fulfil all the staples of a quintessential Sydney vacation. Please note our listing is not suitable for children and under 18s. There is a steep stairwell (see photos). Our suite is accessed by a private laneway offset from The Spot's Ivy Lane.

The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 2nd of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

The Clocktower Cellar suite is a beautifully furnished, heritage listed 1890’s studio in The Hill. Stunning views from the back deck which can be accessed from the private side entrance. A short stroll to restaurants , bars, Civic Theatre, the foreshore , King Edward Park and local beaches. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. This suite is on the bottom floor of a three story cottage in which the owners/hosts live upstairs. Private side entrance and on street parking.

The Balcony Garden Suite is a room in a historic guest house in Blackheath. Guests will have access to the half-acre of formal grounds as well as shared kitchenette and lobby.
