Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Entire house on a large lot. 3 bedrooms plus a sitting room and large family room. The fourth “room” is a loft with a twin size beanbag. A ladder leads you to a secret getaway that a kid would love.
