The home is centrally located with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Quiet Montana Getaway! Our guest apartment is a part of a quiet country home and is located in the back of our shop. You will have your own private entrance and parking. Beautiful mountain views from the property and direct access to 5100+ acres of BLM out of our back yard! Our neighborhood is quiet and will provide a perfect getaway. Everything is close by and is under a 30 min drive. The city of Helena, Great Divide Skiing, all kinds of lakes! No meals, but coffee and tea are provided.

Welcome to our cozy, happy basement apartment where you'll find the perfect blend of comfort and underground allure! We are located on Helena’s west side. Centrally located to downtown, Spring Meadow lake, Broadwater hot springs, and hiking and biking trails. Our spacious basement apartment boasts all the essentials for an unforgettable stay! The kitchen and bath are equipped with all the amenities you need. The decor is comfortable with just a little twist of humor and good spirit.

Queen City Cottage

Cozy one bedroom house approximately 500 sqft. Bright kitchen with plenty of cookware and large, walk-in shower. Access to Helena trailheads is at your doorstep, with access to 80+ miles of single-track trails for mountain biking, hiking, and trail running within blocks. 10 minute walk to downtown for shopping, breweries and restaurants. 20 minute walk to the Capitol. Private off street parking, with vegetable and flower gardens. Great place for singles, couples and business travelers.

New craftsman-style bungalow

Our charmer is close to acclaimed single-track mountain biking and hiking trails, a golf course, breweries, and a small lake. A fenced in yard allows for privacy. Our two front porch rockers are the perfect place to greet the morning, or enjoy a happy hour cocktail. Cook on our new induction stove, or the grill out back. Laundry facilities are included in the basement. We are sometimes in residence in the private basement. Then we (quietly) share the back kitchen door with guests.

1889 Homestead-Close to Hiking and Biking

This property is located along a busy street. We provide fans, noise machines, and earplugs for your comfort! Close to Carroll College, trails, shopping, restaurants, and everything Helena offers. Keyless entry, wifi, storage for outdoor gear, and plenty of family-friendly games and amenities are just a few reasons to stay here. This property also offers two memory foam queen beds, a pull-out full bed, private parking, coffee/tea maker, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.

The Clarke Street "Mini-Vic"

Built in 1890, this "mini" Victorian is a block from Mt. Helena's superb biking/hiking trails and 5 blocks from breweries, restaurants and the historic Last Chance Gulch. Recently updated, the Mini Vic still maintains its 19th century charm. Spacious kitchen and bath, formal dining and an inviting living room with gas fireplace. Cozy outdoor space with gas BBQ and firepit. Great location and a great little home while you enjoy Helena!
