Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Poppy Cottage is situated in the rural village of Helhoughton, North Norfolk, England. Close to the historic market town of Fakenham and situated within 20 minutes of the Coast and Sandringham Estate. Kings Lynn is 30 minutes drive away and the fine City of Norwich 40 minutes. Helhoughton is ideal for country walks, cycling and that get away from it all experience. Lovely pubs in neighbouring villages and only four miles from Fakenham Racecourse.

Swallow's Nest is a secluded self-contained 2 bedroom stable conversion in the grounds of Painswhin Farm, with its own garden and entrance. It has been newly renovated and offers luxury accommodation for up to four people with a shower room, stylish kitchen and dining area and use of a private heated outdoor pool and tennis court. Please note the pool is only open and heated from May to the end of September. We now accept well behaved dogs!
