Känd golfbana finns i närheten. 30 minuter med bil till både Malmö, Lund och Helsingborg. 10 minuter med bil till Landskrona.

Huset ligger på en rolig lukket vej, er i 70'er style på 100m2 indrettet med en blanding af stilfuld 70'er og moderne møbler.
