We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. From the Hart Farm: Pisgah Room (Room #1 of 2)

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.
