From the start Eli was responsive and had great communication. She was flexible with check-in and was very accommodating with our needs. She was friendly and sweet. Check-in was smooth and straightforward and the house was extremely clean and accurately advertised. The house is grand and gorgeous with excellent facilities. When a minor incident occurred, Eli was responsive and solved the issue straight away. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. A perfect house for a family and in a lovely location.

Marta’s place is brilliant, she was really accommodating and it has everything you need. She even left a few drinks and snacks to enjoy. I was staying for work and would certainly stay here again! Price is also very good compared to other places I have stayed that had much less amenities.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kim's Lavender House in Hitchin for 6 nights, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat during my stay. Kim went above and beyond as a host—her thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made all the difference. And I can't forget my favorite furry friend, Toby—I’m already missing his cuddles! If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay, this is it. Highly recommended—thank you, Kim!

The house is spacious with a nice large lounge and seperate dining area. Kitchen is fully functional with cooking facilities, food storage and dishwasher, also washing machine. The bedrooms are nice to sleep in. Nice showers and lovely towels. My family enjoyed staying here and felt relaxed and safe. The host was responsive to any queries and made us feel welcome, without being intrusive. Thank you for a lovely time.

Rajan was a great host, instructions were comprehensive, very clear and supplied in a timely manner which is always a great start to a stress free trip. The house was massive and well equipped, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Couldn't ask for more!

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

Kaunis, siisti ja toimiva yksiö. Rauhallinen ympäristö. Helppo ja joustava sisäänkirjautuminen.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y las habitaciones muy bien cuidadas. El sofá cama es cómodo, aunque faltaba algo de ropa de cama. La cocina tiene de todo (nos dejó café y condimentos...) y funcionaba todo muy bien. Además Samir estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. El metro está al lado y muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad (se tarda unos 40 minutos en llegar al centro). La verdad es que repetiría estancia para 6 personas.

Lovely place to stay, so modern everything is brand new. Perfect for parking and also really good location for food or shopping not to far from anything to be honest l, I would recommend and definitely stay agin thanks for having us 👌

Alex is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, equiped and close to shops. The place is well sound proofed so couldn't hear my kids enjoying the screen during calls, there were plenty of local parks they visited and we enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony on a lazy evening. I'll definitely be booking again.

Toplocatie van waaruit Londen prima te bereiken is. Telkens binnen 10 minuten een directe treinverbinding naar hartje Londen. Rustige flat met alle voorzieningen en comfort. Jon is vriendelijk en reageert meteen op een bericht. Gezien de verschrikkelijk hoge prijzen van accommodaties in Londen was de flat een goede keuze met prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Volgende keer weer hier!

Irina was very responsive and patient with helping us when we encountered issues related to the difference between Canadian and UK equipment. a manual about appliances would be helpful. The condo was well located for us as we were there to visit relatives and we could walk to them in 10 minutes. Thanks Irina!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Always a great stay with Hajnalka, place is well maintained, well looked after and it’s always got a welcoming nice energy and vibe to the place. Will definitely be back again.

L’hôte a été très gentille et serviable, elle nous a guidée tout au long du séjour, tres réactive, Elle a su nous donner les informations nécessaire en temps et en heure, c’était notre première fois à Londres et nous avons passé un excellent séjour, appartements propre, environnement propre. ☺️

We had a great time at the apartment. It was quite large, clean, cosy, had everything we needed and was in a quiet and green neighbourhood with public transport nearby. Aleksandra is a great host who gave us clear instructions and good tips and responded fast. We would recommend this for a family or a couple.

Govinda was incredibly kind and responsive! If you’re thinking of staying here while you’re visiting the Warner Brothers Studio I would highly recommend, as it’s very close by and the cute Harry Potter references throughout were a nice touch.
