Our stay at Alfred’s was flawless, it is comfortable and wonderfully appointed apartment, very clean, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and attractions…. Not to mention complimentary daily cleaning and laundry service. Alfred and Barbara are gracious and responsive hosts. We loved our stay in Vienna , and would unhesitatingly recommend this Airbnb. Everything was delightful, the apartment lived up to its 5* rating.

I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

公寓的空間規劃很好寬敞舒適且乾淨，室內該有的設備很齊全，像是洗衣機、衣櫃、全身鏡等的使用都很順手，備有的廚具、日常用品也很齊全，還貼心準備了茶包跟咖啡以及多種料理用的調味料。跟房東的溝通也很順暢，我們住得很愉快。

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen in dieser gemütlichen & gut ausgestatteten Wohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, mit einer Bäckerei direkt im Nachbarhaus, der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür & mehreren Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum & auch beim Schloss Schönbrunn. Auch die Kommunikation mit Siegfried war ganz unkompliziert & es wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank & klare Empfehlung von uns für diese Wohnung

My group of 4 loved staying at Den's place. The space is exactly as pictured in the photos, very clean and nicely laid out. My friends and I felt right at home here, it was super comfortable to lounge around and be "home". Den has also thought of all amenities, as we're backpackers, we had to do laundry and Den had washing detergent and even a laundry basket! The location of the house is a quick walk to the main train station but also a quick walk to get onto the subway to get into downtown. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

he place was wonderful - spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Honestly, it might be the first Airbnb I’ve stayed in that looked even better in real life than in the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay! Communication was smooth, and Kinka was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. While the location isn’t right in the city center, public transportation is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Opera House is easily reachable on foot in about 25 minutes. Thank you so much for a great stay! Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment with balcony

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist angenehm eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon, auf dem wir gerne Zeit verbracht haben, sei es zum Frühstücken oder zum Lesen. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einem kleinen Problem war sie sofort zur Stelle und hat sich bestmöglich darum gekümmert. Sie war jederzeit gut erreichbar und auf Anfrage hilfreiche Tipps parat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut– direkt am Ring und ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Alles tipptopp, gute U-Bahn und Tram-Anbindung, mit der man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstart ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und auch ein paar Restaurants. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Internetverbindung, die immer wieder mal sehr schwach war.

Kurt est un super hôte, réponds très rapidement à nos solicitations. De plus, appartement bien situé à proximité de la gare de Mödling et très bien entretenu ! Si à l’avenir j’ai l’opportunité de revenir sur Vienne, chercher un endroit où séjourner est déjà trouvé ! Encore merci pour votre accueil !

Boutique Apartment at famous Vienna Kutschkermarkt

Logement très bien placé, au pied du tramway qui vous amène au centre historique de Vienne en 20 mn. Il y a également une station de métro à moins de 10 mn mais prendre le tramway est plus sympa cela permet de voir la ville. L’appartement est grand et correspond aux photos. Il est vrai que la cour intérieure pour accéder à l’escalier mériterait un rafraîchissement mais ce n’est pas trop gênant pour le séjour. Nous avons passé un bon moment, l’appartement est agréable.

Sweet City Vienna

There is everything you need for a few days stay, probably even longer. we didn't coon, but you could make make food yourself with no trouble. The beds were quite comfortable, only the curtains were pretty transparent so it was not that dark in the room. a few minutes walk to the U-Bahn Station. The host was really friendly and we were able to get inside the apartment a few hours earlier!

About 35 minutes from Park and Ride Leopoldau in Vienna. Big, clean and cozy home. Surround sound in the living room, HUGE television (bigger than the pics). Board games and chess table. Amazing Sauna. In April the pool is not open, currently the wooden bench with the green plants around it in the backyard is gone. The cute red and white poolseats are gone as well... So, the backyard has less things than given in the pictures. BUT, inside you got more things than advertised: airfryer in kitchen, radio embedded in the ceiling in some rooms, 2 homemade jam, the lights in many bedrooms and other rooms are dimmable! Good for people who are sensitive to lights or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The colorful windows in the bar are powered by light as well, giving a cozy and cool effect! Parking is easy. Bakery nearby. Host lives across this home, so if there are problems you'll get it fixed quickly! I had problems with the heating downstairs, but kind host Erik came to fix it quickly!

Anna’s place looks exactly like the photos and truly feels like a hotel. This was my first time staying at an Airbnb that was so beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s just a 2-minute walk to Lidl and the S-train station. My family and I had a wonderful time here.
