Biliran Paradise Sea Houses

Las casas Londres y Hamburgo, de reciente construcción, se encuentran en la isla de Biliran. Biliran y Leyte pertenecen al mayor grupo de islas filipinas, las Visayas. La isla de Biliran está conectada por un puente con la costa norte de Leyte, con una longitud de 32 km y una latitud de 18 km. La capital de Biliran es Naval. La isla cuenta con magníficas cascadas, impresionantes ríos, playas, espectaculares terrazas de arroz, aguas termales y un famoso lugar de buceo entre las islas Malapasqua y Biliran. Ambas casas se encuentran a las puertas del mar de Visaya, en Agpangi, a unos 2,4 km al norte del centro de Naval. Entre Naval y Agpangi se encuentra el río Anas, que fluye hacia el mar. Durante la marea baja, aparecen bancos de arena y guijarros frente a la propiedad, creando un lugar hermoso y seguro para que los niños jueguen a medida que el nivel del mar sube lentamente. Un poco más lejos, encontrará corales justo frente a las casas vacacionales junto al mar. En Naval hay varios mercados, tiendas, restaurantes, bares, vida nocturna, cibercafés y el hospital regional. En la isla Biliran hay muchísimas actividades, desde snorkel hasta ciclismo, senderismo, piragüismo, pesca, baloncesto, voleibol, bádminton, tenis o simplemente disfrutar del sol con una bebida refrescante. Hay opciones para todos los gustos. La forma más fácil de llegar a Naval desde el resort es caminar unos 5 minutos, bordeando el mar a través del pequeño pueblo de Agpangi, hacia la carretera principal y luego tomar el triciclo hasta el centro (a unos 5 minutos, o viceversa). También puede usar el barco tradicional local para llegar a Naval desde la casa. En la oficina se pueden comprar otros artículos de primera necesidad; se preparan platos frescos a un precio módico y con gusto organizamos excursiones a las pequeñas islas privadas, explorar un manantial termal natural o visitar espectaculares cataratas, que se encuentran a unos 45 minutos del resort. La mejor manera de llegar es volar de Manila a Tacloban. Podemos organizar un coche privado para que lo recoja en el aeropuerto y lo lleve a Naval en aproximadamente 2 horas. El transporte público desde Tacloban le llevará aproximadamente 3 horas. Si lo solicita, un familiar lo recibirá en el aeropuerto de Manila. Él/ella podrá reservar u organizar su viaje a Tacloban y luego a Naval. Además, si planea quedarse unos días en Manila, podemos organizarle un recorrido por los lugares de interés de la ciudad antes de dirigirnos a Biliran. El precio incluye electricidad, gas, agua, aire acondicionado, televisión por satélite, cesta de frutas a la llegada, bebidas de bienvenida, impuestos y servicio de limpieza diario.

Room for up to 2 guests and extra bed for additional person can be arranged. Very relaxing place with full view of the ocean. A bit distant (not very far, just a short 10 minutes motorcycle taxi ride) from the crowded area where most of the night bars and diveshops operate. It has own beachfront, a perfect location to view the sunset and close to the islands lighthouse which can be access to the top should you wish to see the island in full.

It is located East of the town of Naval and 10 kms away or about 15mins drive by motorbike or a car. It is situated in a hilltop, so bad weather with strong winds is not a good time to stay. Book with us at least a week early so we can prepare it for you since we are not open 24/7.
