Libbaton golf course and some great pubs nearby or just chill out in the 5 seater hot tub and enjoy a BBQ (bring your own charcoal) sat in the enclosed garden

Comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and basicWiFi opening on to kitchen/diner which is well equipped for a self catering break including an oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and table with seating. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.Off road parking to side of property and seating area to the front looking over the tranquil valley.

The lodge provides a comfortable and relaxing space, which makes guests feel at home. There are 2 double/twin en-suite bedrooms with access to a balcony which has great views over the forest . The ground floor is open plan. This is a perfect location for walkers yet still within easy reach of the coast and its superb sandy beaches.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

There are miles of Tarka Trail to walk and cycle along.

The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.
