Family Home Near the Mountains & Lake

Moderate size home, with three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full) located in Gunstock Acres. The house is in walking distance near a number of small hiking trails and a short-driving distance to a number of more advanced trails, like Mount Major. The house is located 2.5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort with a number of family activities, 8 miles from Weirs Beach in Laconia and 13 miles from Meredith; all with a number of restaurants and fun family activities, including the ice castles.

Family-friendly, pet-friendly, clean, comfortable, contemporary country ski cabin on Okema shuttle buss route in Ludlow, VT, a few minutes from mountain. Very easy access to outdoor activities: skiing, hiking, lakes, boating, hunting, snowmobiling, fly-fishing. Updated, comfortable, light filled ambiance. Great location, 10 minute walk to downtown (2 minute drive). Great for groups, couples, families. Recently renovated. New butcher block counter-tops and island, all new kitchen, new bathrooms.

Country Cottage

Charming cottage with 3 bedrooms just a small walk to Sunapee lake. You can enjoy swimming off the dock or explore one of the many harbors on the lake. Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Green Mountain Country Cottage

Four bedroom cottage centrally located within less than 35 min. of 4 ski resorts, and next to the former Tater Hill golf club. Access to snowmobile trail on site, X-country skiing, hiking, fishing, shopping, restaurants, state parks nearby. In summer and fall mushroom foraging is very productive. For history buffs there is a revolutionary war era cemetery next to the property. Sleeps 10 to 12. The cottage is only available to family groups or responsible adults over 25. NO PARTYING ALLOWED.

Newly renovated in fall 2023, this 3-level, 1700+ sq. ft. ski chalet is just a 4 min drive to Okemo Mountain Resort and town, with Jackson Gore only 6 min away. Charming historic town, home of Brooks School and Phillips Academy, 30 minutes to Boston and Seacoast. Families will enjoy our children’s park and town park, just a short walk from property. Enjoy pastural views while relaxing poolside (availability May 1 - Oct 1)in a quiet & private backyard setting. Hot tub is also open May 1 til Nov 1. Seven minutes to commuter rail for those who desire traveling into Boston, no hassle!

Hallway living room at one end with 2 couches, desk and TV Other end is full compact kitchen with dishwasher, stove and over, full size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.

This charming house is close to the quaint Village of Woodstock, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the quality furnishings, air conditioning, the outdoors space, the quiet neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the light. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids). Sorry, we can no longer welcome pets.
