Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

The KaiserInn is located between the Kaiser Mountains (10 minutes on foot) and the Inn River. It is the perfect starting point for mountain hikes, walks to the old town, the Kaiserlift, and more. In winter, there are shuttle services to ski resorts. The apartment offers cozy comfort: dining on the balcony or in the garden. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle sowie ein sehr gutes Tiroler Wirtshaus sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, wunderschöne Naturseen und Radwege finden sich in nächster Umgebung. Die Skiwelt "Wilder Kaiser" ist nur 20 km entfernt. Die Wohnung erreichen sie über einen eigenen, seperaten Eingang.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
