This was a great stay in Tay Ho. it was clean and easy to travel to. The Host was easy to communicate with and had clear instructions for checking in and out. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here at this apartment. ROOM: The room was squeaky clean and very spacious! There were multiple sockets around the apartment and they even provided toiletries! The bed was very big and comfortable, and we had a lovely time cooking at the kitchen due to its complete cooking pans and pots. The refrigerator was functioning well, and the bathroom was squeaky clean! There was even hot and cold water! I have no complaints! SERVICE: Owner was very kind and responsive. The check in instructions were so clear, we didn't have trouble getting in! LOCATION: It is, however, quite far from the old quarter and west lake. That's the only sad thing I could think of. PRICE: The price was super affordable. It's quite a really good deal, we definitely got much more than what we paid for. Overall, I highly recommend! We had such a comfortable stay in this place!

This is the most beautiful apartment I've ever stayed in – fully equipped, strong Wi-Fi, and the host was incredibly welcoming even though I arrived late. I work in IT and needed a quiet place to focus – this apartment met all my needs perfectly. I’ll definitely come back!

Great experience , very friendly host, great location, very good value for money

It fitted our purposes of a one night stay in Hanoi before leaving for Cambodia. The flat is tiny but fully equipped, clean and quiet. The rooftop is pleasant and you have several washing machine, dryer and laundry soap. Good location, I had a really nice run around the lake and it’s full of bars/restaurants/pho etc. Cindy allowed us to checkout late which really helped us!!

Das Appartment war wirklich sehr schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Wir waren im 16. Geschoss und hatten dadurch einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Hanoi. In die Innenstadt benötigt man ca. 20min mit dem Auto/Moped, aber in der Umgebung gibt es auch mehr als genug gute Restaurants und auch eine sehr große und moderne Einkaufsmall. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Es war uns ein Vergnügen und würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Staying at this listing with my huge family was great! You can find many coffee shops in one block & enjoy people watching. There is also lots of street food & some shopping to do within a walkable distance. Very easy to book Grabs to get food delivered at any hour of the day & to go into the city. Quynh helped us arrange a late-night shuttle from the airport to the airbnb. This location has 7+ floors & has its own elevator. (that is not made clear in photos but it's great for easily bringing up luggage and accommodating older folks) Some of the tv's & their remotes weren't working but my family & I were enjoying the city that we didn't need it & told our hosts they didn't have to address it. Rooms were very spacious & had its own bathrooms. The shower will wet the floor & become slippery and dangerous so be sure to ask Trang for extra towels to put down. You put your trash on the pavement to be picked up by the way. We enjoyed this stay very much!!

I had a lovely stay from April 12–16. The apartment is cozy, clean, and full of natural light. Everything worked well, and it was peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping checked in daily to refresh towels and supplies, which was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, and the building feels secure. Tuấn, the host, was polite, friendly, and always quick to respond. I’m really happy I found this place — it felt like a little home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in the city.

Great apartment for digital nomads like us: stable internet connection, dedicated workspace, daily cleaning and 2 bottles of water. The apartment had a washer and dryer, which is essential in Asia, ahaha. The location is a bit far from the centre, but there is the Lotte Mall with a cool food court and a hundred shops nearby.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! The location is peaceful, away from busy traffic, and near a big shopping mall (Lotte Mall). It is within a short car ride to the old quarter area too. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a great stay at Son's. Really beautiful apartment in a nice chill area away from the madness of the city centre.
