Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Architectural Mountain Retreat - True Tasmania

Wake up with Mt Wellington in your window and sunlight streaming through. This top level South Hobart apartment is sunny and very private - you will feel immersed in beautiful bushland, but still enjoy easy access to the city, and Hobart's famous waterfront (just a 10min drive into the Hobart CBD/Salamanca and a 15 min drive to the top of Mt Wellington). The apartment has been architecturally designed and showcases beautiful Tasmanian timbers, complemented by quality furnishings and bedding.

Sunny, self contained, air conditioned and comfortable. Our non-smoking garden chalet has private access. Walk to the city, North Hobart, Salamanca, with nearby Metro bus an easy option instead of the uphill walk back from the city, if you need it. Free safe car parking in the street. Ideal location for access to the CBD, waterfront, Salamanca, airport. Easy walk to cafes, hotels and IGA, the best small supermarket in town. Enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine at the out door table and chairs.

Spacious room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, laundry and dryer. Private area below above house with own separate access and areas. Outside sheltered nooks for reading or quiet contemplation of the expansive valley and hillsides. Gentle and more extensive bush walking tracks just 3 mins away. A peaceful space with wallaby and birdlife action and impressive mountain (Kunanyi) views. Close to the bush yet also close to the North Hobart food and entertainment strip and Hobart City centre.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Adorable self-contained Guest Studio West Hobart

A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

Nestled away in bustling North Hobart is Little Arthur. Brother to Little Elizabeth, Little Arthur has all the conveniences at your door while also providing the comforts of home. This generous sized one bedroom unit includes secure parking for 1 car, a large living area, kingsize bed with hotel sheets, nespresso machine, a light and airy bathroom as well as laundry facilities. The lounge has a queen sofa bed. We also have a travel cot and high chair available.
