This property has such spectacular views! The home is clean and tidy and cosy. The spa was a huge hit with the kids.

Ashley's place boasts of a pristine, squeaky clean room with all the necessary items, your own separate bath and toilet, nestled between the beautiful green spaces of Sandy Bay. Walking distance to the University if you have got any business with that. Most importantly, Ashley is very hospitable both on the phone and in person, quick to reply queries and made me feel at home. Book this room if you want some home away from home, where the host isn't always in your face yet warm enough to make you feel at home.

This house was in a very central location. we found it especially convenient to go everywhere we needed to see in Hobart. The only downside is there are no internet connection on the bedrooms downstairs. Overall is really a nice house, spacious and magnificent view.

Breath takingly beautiful views from the living areas and some bedrooms. Definitely a location that needs a car but there are shops and cafes close by. Great communication from the host.

Michael was a great host. Quick responses and very friendly. The house itself it’s beautiful and clean. Spacious rooms with an awesome outdoor area including a clean warm spa.

Stayed here for a week, Li’s place was comfortable and we definitely felt at home. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Orchard’s nest for my partner’s 40th. It was really relaxing, beautifully furnished, the bed and linen were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend for a place to relax and reset.

Such a peaceful and relaxing place to end our Tassie trip. Gorgeous little cottage in a beautiful area. Thanks so much to Karen for being so friendly and making us feel at home. The kids really enjoyed picking your yummy fresh fruit with you and playing frisbee and finska on the lawn. Definitely recommend!

Serene and spectacular. This was the perfect place to stay to switch off from everything. If you’re looking for something wonderfully peaceful but still just a short drive from Hobart this is your place. This cosy home was exactly as described, making for a spacious and comfortable stay

Perfect location, the property is better than the pictures, great outlook, serenity some of the best sunrises I have seen. Anna and Tim were the best hosts, loads of beautiful touches, cheese and chocolate - very responsive and so helpful with great local recommendations. Would return again and recommend to any friends wanting a slice of luxury and a real getaway. 5 Star plus !!

Such an incredible little spot. The place is so well set up - comfy and lots of lovely little touches that make you feel at home. Views of surrounding mountains, cows and fresh pastries just down the road made our stay perfect!
