The Birch Suite: Large, Cozy NH Themed Apartment

Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

Sunny Side Up

Sunny 2nd floor apartment set up in the trees in downtown Concord. A half mile walk or drive to historic main street shops and food. Private off street parking Centrally located right off of interstate 93 & 89. Plenty of seasonal activities nearby: Mountain biking, Skiing/Snowboarding/Snow Shoeing, Loudon Raceway, Apple Picking, Leaf Peeping, Lakes, Rivers, Ponds, Hiking The Space: Private open concept apartment with full kitchen, 1 bedroom with attached full bathroom. Cozy gas fireplace.

An 1850’s built home with a modern interior and revitalized exterior. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind or take work on the road. Located one mile from downtown Salem and away from the traffic, our goal is to provide a classy, upscale experience with all of the comforts of home. Clean, quaint studio apartment on small farm

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Large One Bedroom Apartment

1,100 square feet, completely renovated, 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet. Large bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling. Hardwood floors throughout. Central air. Apartment is connected to a main house but with no interior access between house and apartment whatsoever. (No interior connecting doors at all) It has its own private driveway and side yard. Reef tank will no longer be in the apartment after May 20th.

Downtown Derry, Studio Apartment

The Studio is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Totally private self-contained quaint and private in-law studio in private home in Henniker, New Hampshire, walk to Pat’s Peak Ski Area, near New England College. Sleeps 2-3 people with 1 Queen and 1 single bed. Walkout basement with own entrance, separate bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and patio with outdoor gas grill. Nice yard in wooded area, rivers, lakes and mountains with four season recreational activities nearby. Suitable for 2-3 people. No pets, no smoking, no drugs.

Bog Mt Retreat Upstairs Suite

A unique crafty cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom upstairs suite with most of the comforts of home. Woodland trails on the property, moderate hikes nearby or bring your kayaks and explore the many ponds and lakes in the area. Ragged Mt and Mt Sunapee Ski Resorts are both under 30 minutes away. This newly designed suite is perfect for an individual or couple wanting to escape into the country but still be within an easy driving distance to local sites.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.
