Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Cozy lakefront cottage, amazing views and sunsets!

Create memories at our lakefront cottage with private beach and dock in the heart of the ADK Mountains. Lake and mountain views greet you from large picture windows. Located just steps from Lake Pleasant Golf Course and close to Camp of the Woods, this property is also near hiking trails, groceries, dining & shopping as well as being on the "sunset side" of the lake. Aluminum dock, kayaks, canoe, SUP &paddleboat provided, as well as all linens, Beekman 1802 toiletries and well stocked kitchen.

But even the most discerning guests will be quickly spirited away by the rustic charm and secluded forest feel. The Chalet sleeps 4 people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The Chalet is located approx. 4.5hrs from NYC by car and is the perfect place to: escape the city, rekindle a romance, ski/ride Whiteface Mountain, hike, fish and so much more!

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Welcome to Camp Stardust! A great spot to find peace among nature, in an exceptional setting. Wrapped in windows, the cabin offers panoramic views and frequent wildlife sightings. Enjoy outstanding kayaking with easy access from your private boathouse. IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday. We offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. Please request one of these combinations so we can accept your request. On occassion we can make an exception. Thanks!
