The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

Taj Ma Paul is tucked away from the bustle of everyday life, within our private woodland. It offers a sanctuary of peace and quiet. Trees stretch high into the sky, their leaves whispering softly in the gentle breeze. Woodhall spa golf course is across the road and the Hotchkin course is currently ranked number 58th best course in the world! All this but only a 10 minute walk to the village centre and 2 minutes to the golf course.
