This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Lejligheden er perfekt til enkeltpersoner/par, med eller uden børn, som ikke trænger meget indendørs plads. Der er smalle trapper op i lejligheden, dvs. uegnet til folk som ikke er fuldt mobile.

Boathouse in Leirvík with spa Welcome to our modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

The location offers a wonderful natural playground for children, the peace and quiet that only nature has to offer, all while being within a couple of kilometers of shops, resturant, bar, cultural house and information office.
