Beautiful cottage directly on Lake Hamilton with unobstructed view of the lake. Very convenient to historic downtown, approx 20 minute drive. Less than 5 minute drive to Krogers & fast food Open-concept floor plan. Studio style. There are no walls separating living, sleeping and kitchen areas. My home is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood near Lake Catherine. It’s location is close to Catherine’s Landing. There is an inviting deck to sit on and relax. Parking for 3 cars and extra parking below the deck area for additional vehicle. You will have the home to yourselves. Self check- In using a keypad. It is near 3 recreational lakes. The furtherest ( Lake Ouachita) is only 35 minutes away. Plus, it is minutes from Lake Side Schools. **Clean!!
