Lastly, three sets of Tubbs snowshoes come with the home. Enjoy winter right from your backyard in a home away from home.

You'll have access to shared spaces including a hot tub, sauna, game room, and firepit. You’re also welcome to enjoy our lakeside beach, which is part of our yard. The setting is active and social—perfect for guests looking to explore the Keweenaw. We live next door and are happy to help if needed!

New Studio Loft at Apple Acres Farm in Houghton

A cozy retreat nestled in the forest of the UP just minutes from downtown Houghton and the Keweenaw Peninsula. At the top of a wooded driveway, you'll be welcomed by our free-range chicken flock and possibly our cute little Nigerian dwarf goats. Our modern studio loft provides all the amenities you'll need for a memorable stay. Enjoy the private deck overlooking the gardens as well as a view of our heritage apple orchard and beautifully designed chicken coop/greenhouse.

Hancock Old Mining House (Duplex)

Upstairs half of duplex in Hancock. This mining era house was converted to a duplex somewhere along the way. The living space is completely private but there is a shared entrance with the lower unit on the front porch. Our co-host Shelby lives in the lower unit. This Airbnb listing not a luxury rental It's an old but clean, functional apartment that is ideal for one to two quiet guests. We purchased house in 2021 and lived in the lower unit until March of 2024.
