The historic Noblett Lake built in the 1930’s by the CCC & Nearby Hodson’s & Zanoni Mill is a short drive away. So much history & open spaces to explore.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is in a quiet subdivision on a large double lot facing a dead end street. The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

Our cozy home is located right down the road from the West Plains Historic Downtown area, MSU-WP campus, and Civic Center. Great place to stay during the Ozark Heritage & music festival or the HOBA music festival. It’s about 15 minutes from Legit Speedway Park and only about a 30 minute drive from any of the surrounding Rivers and Mills of the Ozarks! We are pet friendly!
