Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

This sweet A-Frame hideaway located in a wooded area between Saugerties and Woodstock will welcome you and warm your spirit with its charm. Featuring 2 bedrooms, each with Queen Beds, and a couch that folds out to a Full Bed, there's ample space for 4. But, it's also a serene escape for an individual or couple. An inspiring creative retreat, the home has beautiful views, and an electric piano. Quiet but 10 mins from great restaurants! 11 mins to HITS, 30 mins to skiing at Hunter Mountain.

Enjoy our completely separate art filled cottage. The open 550sq/ft studio floor plan will cheerfully accommodate couples & close friends. 4 persons MAX. Best suited for adult guests as the space is not child proofed.

Enjoy a 3rd night for FREE when you book 2 nights! The Lodge at June Farms is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our beautiful horse pasture. This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest.
