I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at Coombeswell Cottage. The descent to the vally is adventurous at first, but you get used to it quickly. It only underlines the charm and countryside feel of the place. Secluded in a valley next to the Devil's Punchbowl, Coombeswell Cottage has it all: peace and quiet, lovely views, walks and hikes nearby, and the charming town of Haslemere a stone's throw away. The house itself is cosy and packed with books, antiques and curiosities. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after a day's walk. To top it all, the easy train connection to London makes Haslemere ideal for country stays combined with a city trip to Britain's capital. A must-do!

We had an amazing stay at the Marble Bridge Annex. The property was in a brilliant location which meant we could take advantage of great walks in the South Downs and visits to the coast. The property was gorgeous and we had a lovely time in the pool. We would rebook in a heartbeat. Thank you to the lovely representatives who answered all our queries promptly and were very approachable and friendly. 5/5 across the board

We had a great stay at this caravan! It was spotless, really well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy but smartly laid out, making it feel roomy and practical. The location was peaceful, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For the price, it was more than reasonable — definitely great value. Crystal, the host, was amazing — super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Would absolutely book again!

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Blake’s property was ideal for 6 adults who were attending a local music festival. Accommodation was well equipped and comfortable. Quiet location at the edge of the holiday park with a quick walk to the amenities in town. We will certainly try to book again when we return next year.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

Had a wonderful stay at the barn. We had good weather so made the most of the beautiful outdoors. Dogs thought they were in heaven with all the space. I would say if you want to take dog(s) it’s not safe if they wander or don’t have a recall as they can get out to the road. Loved being so close to Petworth. Good pubs within walking distance or short drive. Jessica and Rob were fantastic - Jessica for changing my booking for me ultra fast and Rob for being n hand if you need anything. Couldn’t ask for more. Didn’t want to come home

Sarah’s house is great and made our family gathering for a 70th birthday treat really special. The listing pictures are great, but the house in reality is so much more. The open plan part allows for lots of family time together, the garden provides both a place to relax and for children to play (the the hot tub an added bonus that was enjoyed by all) and the bedrooms are all well sized with comfy beds. East Wittering village centre and beach are a short stroll away with great places to eat and drink, with a lovely ice cream place right on the beach. Thanks to Sarah for being a great host and we hope to be able to stay again in future.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. It’s beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is great—peaceful yet convenient. Our host was excellent: responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. When we experienced a minor issue with the heating, it was resolved very promptly, and we were even gifted a lovely bottle of wine as a gesture for the inconvenience. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. The house is in a beautiful, tranquil location and is perfectly equipped as a home from home. Highly recommended.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Jessica’s home was well equipped tidy and very comfortable. We had a. Amazing time as 2 family’s with 4 children from 7 months to 9 years old. The outdoor space was beautiful, the children enjoyed the trampoline and slide and the bunk bed in particular was a hit with the boys. I recommend this house for those looking for a peaceful base to explore the South Downs and surrounding areas.

Sally is a excellent host, very responsive, kind and attentive to her guests. The property is very well appointed, very homely and very clean. The location is fantastic and very quiet. Although there is not a huge amount of parking, we found it easy to get parked around the corner. Also, you can always get parked on the road itself while loading and unloading. There are nearby shops within a very short walk, with Waitrose literally around the corner, which is very convenient. You can get to Old Portsmouth and the historic docks within a 10-minute bus or car journey and Southsea is very beautiful and worth exploring.

This is a really nice place to stay. Very quiet and the house is quirky and interesting. Lovely and clean too. Loved it!
