This home offers a comfy, cozy environment making it perfect for a getaway or your home away from home while on business. BONUS - If you are a "pet parent" and love to travel with your 4-legged child you will love the fact that the front door has a "doggy door" making it easy to go outside, which is fully fenced and safe. Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The area's long-time feral parrots serve as mascots and add to the vibrant feel. It's easy to get around. We very centrally located between LA and The OC. There is plenty of room behind garage for a large truck to park there and still have room to open the other garage, which is our personal garage that we (Jim and Susan) use. If parking behind garage do NOT leave anything in your vehicle overnight. Even though this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood do NOT leave anything visible, just for good measure and common safety.

Tiny Guest House in Huntington Beach

Tiny Guest House (380sqft) in HB with easy freeway access. Located close to LAX, SNA, and LGB Airports. Located less than 7 miles to the beach, 15 miles to Disneyland; 9 miles to Knotts Berry Farm; and less than 3 miles to Bella Terra Shopping Center with access to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. After exploring the area, come back and relax in your own comfortable private retreat. Convenient street parking is always available right in front of the property. There is a $50 fee for Pets.

The Casita is a completely fenced off space, located 1/2 mile from Newport Beach - walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, & stores - a great home base for exploring the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa areas! Guesthouse is a detached and separated on the property from main house, has private entrance & parking, full kitchen & fenced off back yard space. The Patio includes a BBQ & patio table to enjoy So-Cal evenings or take some sun. Accommodating for both adventure & work!

Sunny Days - A Bright and Cheerful Guesthouse

Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
