Two Bungalows! HB 1/2 Mile Sand-Pier-Main-Pac City

Two separate bungalows with two bathrooms! Full Kitchen in Main Bungalow and kitchenette in 2nd Bungalow. 1/2 mile to the sand, Pacific City, Main Street, & The HB Pier. The Main Bungalow has a table with w/built-in seating, a comfy pull-up queen sofabed, and a twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow has a queen bed, a table for two, a sofa, & TV. A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

Super clean, nicely decorated, 240 square feet, 3 rooms. Cottage has kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Cable TV & WIFI. Bedroom can be separated by pocket door to give privacy from bathroom & kitchen. Age limit 26 & up. NO PARTYING/NO DRUGS NO SMOKING ANYTHING ANYWHERE ON MY PROPERTY/SMOKERS DON'T BOOK. No Pets, I have Asthma & severe allergies.

Beach house heaven on corner minutes to Disneyland

All rooms are equipped with a king size beds with linens and pillows except for the master bedroom it has a lush cal king size bed. Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen. The home also has a entertainment/den room with a bar and 75 inch television. Great for additional guest to lounge around with additional privacy. STR-2023-0020

Conveniently 5-10 Minutes walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance (front door and back door) with 1 reserved parking right at the back door. Peaceful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, total appr 250 sq ft .
