Situated near the main port and within easy reach of the stunning beaches in the south, our home offers convenience and tranquility. The space features a comfortable double bed, a convertible couch. Nestled in the oldest neighborhood of Agios Khrykos, known as "Sevdali," meaning desire in Turkish, you'll experience a serene atmosphere. Escape the hustle and bustle and choose our apartment for a peaceful retreat.

"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

A beautifully renovated 100 year old stone house nestled amongst plane, eucalyptus and olive trees with a unique outdoor stone seating area surrounding an ancient olive press. Wake up to beautiful views of the sea and the mountains in this peaceful setting. An ideal place to decompress and get inspired by the sounds, scents and vibes of nature. Our 6000m2 property is full of olive and fruit trees, organic vegetable gardens, and authentic Ikarian herbs, all for your use.

Monopati Eco Stay - Calliope upper floor

The upper floor apartment of a maisonette sleeps 4 persons and has a private bathroom and kitchen. It can be rented separately, since it has a private entrance and the internal staircase can be closed off. It can also be rented in combination with the ground floor apartment of the maisonette, which sleeps 2 additional persons, and consists of a bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

The house is surrounded by olive trees and each area of ​​the house has a different view of the mountain, the endless blue of the sea and the sky, the forest and the village. The tranquility is one of the main features of our accommodation as it is 6 minutes walk from the center of Ormos village.
